About Me

I am a level 3 Personal Trainer with a Foundation Degree in Sports Development and coaching.

I am passionate about being physically active and enjoy helping others fulfill their desire to make their bodies healthier.

Over the years, I’ve trained all people through their journeys, Ranging from elite athletes and aspiring prospects to elderly people with heart conditions and average Joe’s looking to lose weight.

Three things inform my philosophy:

I don't care for physical transformations - I want to help you become happier in yourself.

​

I'm not a meat head gym type - being strong isn't about rippling muscles

​

And, I want to be here to support you in the harder moments. I'm positive - but you don't have to be. We get through this together.

The change programme

12 weeks to change everything

I put together this programme for people looking to make a change in their life.

Absolutely in fitness. But also for long term lifestyle benefits. Whether it's weight loss, looking to train for an event, or just doing this for your own confidence. I'm here to help you reach your goal.

​

Throughout the 12 weeks I'm by your side (virtually!) to help you through the process. Here's how it'll work:

Weeks 1 - 2
Goal Setting

In the first couple of weeks, we get to know each other, set you up across our tracking platforms, and set goals that will help us track progress throughout the programme. 

​

Work starts here.

Weeks 3 - 4
Hard Reset

Weeks 5 - 6
Lifestyle Adjustments

Weeks 7+
Create a new image

Energised and excited, we make our way into the programme and start to see the beginning stages of progress. 

​

This stage is all about ditching the bad habits of the past, and replacing them with the foundations of a better future.

By this point we would have created new habits, but now we start turning our mind to making this a change for life: not just the programme. 

​

By this point you will feel mentally and physically stronger. And the best bit: this is just the beginning.

At this stage we check on progress. Looking back on 7 weeks of hard work.

 

But, we also look forward to a better version of yourself - the one you wanted to craft for yourself at the beginning of the programme.
